Plain answers

Do I need the VIP app?

No. The free app stands on its own. The same account opens livenow.vip whenever you want the concierge.

How long do points last?

Each reward in your wallet shows its own expiry date. Points are spent only when you choose to spend them, and a refunded ticket returns them.

Where does it work?

Anywhere with a browser. The app installs on your phone's home screen, no app store needed.

I run a business. Is this for me too?

Yes. The same account switches to business mode, where your page, followers and VIP voucher live.
